Anyway, you will have to accept that since you have opted for a free hosting service.

So, these are the few free hosts that I know for sure they are good. But I would suggest you go for a very low cost premium hosting offered by cheap host like byethost, because you will get a lot more features when you are having a premium hosting. That makes a lot of difference when it comes to performance and downtime.
