Well, I friend of mine is joining IBM and he is now confused whether he should join or not. The problem, according to him, with big companies like IBM is that you will take a long time to reach a higher position. It is because there are so many people in any given level and all should get a chance to go up or for a promotion.

So, he is thinking of joining a smaller company. I also suggested the same thing saying if he wants to join a small company, try for a small company, but check for those which pay good. So, what do you think guys? Should he join a small company or the big company – IBM?
