HP Mini 10 Laptop Review
Today, I bought a new HP Mini 10 Laptop and I would like to write a quick review of the same here on this blog.
The HP Mini 10 comes with pre-installed Windows XP and there is no CD drive. They also do not provide any recvery CD along with the purchase. But the sales guy told us like we can get the recovery CD from any HP Service center by paying some extra money.
Some quick features are: 1GB Ram, 160GB Hard drive, Windows XP, Webcam, etc. They also gave some freebies along with the purchase which include mouse, mouse pad, usb lamp, keypad cover, laptop stand with usb fan, laptop cleaner, headphone with microphone, etc.
The total cost was Rs. 17,990 and I guess it was pretty cheap.
I will write a review on its performance after one month of using it.
Pay BESCOM bill online
This is a good news for all those who hate going to BESCOM office for paying the bills. BESCOM bills can now be paid through BangaloreOne.gov.in or VisaBillPay.in
To pay the BESCOM bill through BangaloreOne.gov.in online, you need to create an account there and once the account is created, you just need to select the “Pay BESCOM Bill” option and enter your consumer number to pay the bill.
To pay the bill through VisBillPay.in, you need to first register with them and add a BESCOM biller into your account. Once the biller is added, BESCOM bill will be automatically reflected in your VisaBillPay account. You can directly pay the bill from there.
Please let me know if anyone has got doubts regarding the same.
Toy Story 1 & 2 in 3D Review
I saw the Toy Story 1 & 2 in 3D today and the movie was awesome. Although the theater was more or less empty compared to the one where Avatar 3D was running, the movie was good and it came up to my expectations.
The 3D effects in the new Toy Story 1 & 2 in 3D are good and I am really impressed. And for those who are wondering if they should go and watch the movie even if they have the watched the 2D version of the movies, I would say “go watch it”.
Seems like the era of 3D has now began as many 3D movies are lined up for release in 2010. I am eagerly waiting for their releases as I love watching movie in 3D. 3D simply rocks!

If you don’t know it yet, you should know it now. You can file your tax return online. It came to my mind while I was filling IT returns form just now for the ongoing financial year.

Filing the tax returns online is a great step towards modernization of Indian Income Tax Department. I really appreciate this step, specially when the people out there are looking for a chance to get some goose money from anyone coming to the income tax office. I am sure many people feel the same way.
Chevrolet’s new Beat on the road
Today while I was coming back from Electronic City to my house, I saw a green Chevrolet Beat and I found it very different. I can’t say I love the look because it looked really small and the rear was not that great. I like the front view and I heard like the interiors are great.
But looking at the price, I think the Chevrolet Beat can be a hit in the Indian market. I am sure people who were planning to buy a small car will surely consider buying a Beat.

Sony Vaio W Series netbook review
It’s raining netbooks here in my building. My neighbor just brought home a Sony Vaio W series netbook laptop and it look really impressive.
The netbook looks stunning in Pink color and it’s very thin and light. The design is simply awesome. The keypad keys are nicely placed and the screen is also big compared to my lenovo s10 netbook.
Since it has just arrived, I cannot comment on the performance and the battery life but I am sure it will be good as Sony has a good reputation for their Vaio notebooks. I will be writing a longer review as soon as I get more to write on the same. Have a great day.

Bye Bye 2009 (my best year)
2009 is coming to an end. But it was one of my best years. I started working and I have learnt many new things. In fact, I came up with my present business plan and I am really happy that I did.
So, the 2009 is coming to an end and 2010 will come. I am really looking forward to the new year 2010 as I have many plans lined up for the coming months. I hope everything will be great.
I have a lot of things to do this new year and I have already prepared a list of new year resolutions. Since I have left my job and have started working online full time, I need to concentrate all my energy towards making a great business out of the present one that I have. I am sure something good is in store for me in this coming 2010.
Trip to Pondicherry for this new year
We are planning for a trip to Pondicherry this new year and I am really excited about. We have actually made all the maps for the highway route and we hope it wouldn’t be difficult to navigate.
We have also planned a list of all the attractions in Pondicherry that we are going to visit. Pondicherry is famous for its Beaches and we have plan to stay in one of the Beach View resorts.
I also heard like beer, wine and other alcohol are very cheap 
That’s cool because some of my friends here are really excited about it as they are planning to bring back a huge collection of fine wine. Let’s hope everything will go great. See you in 2010.
